Suman Web Design claims no ownership over these registered corporate assets and presents them solely under nominative fair-use guidelines to describe the design exercise.

Client Deliverable Ownership

For commissioned work, the transfer of intellectual property rights, source code ownership, and design files is strictly governed by the specific terms set out in our signed service agreements. Typically, full copyright ownership of the final client website is transferred to the client upon receipt of the final milestone payment.

Until the final balance is paid in full, Suman Web Design retains all intellectual property rights and licenses associated with the design drafts, code modules, and staging environments. We also reserve the right to display the final work in our professional portfolio as a design reference, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been explicitly executed.

Takedown & DMCA Process

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content hosted on this website infringes upon your copyright rights, you may submit a formal takedown notice. Please provide details including description of the copyrighted work, URL link to the alleged infringing material, and contact details of the complaining party.

Upon receipt of a valid infringement claim, we will review the details and, if verified, remove the disputed content within forty-eight hours.
