Agreement to Terms

Intellectual Property
All custom layouts, source code, and design elements created specifically for clients are transferred to client ownership upon final settlement of invoices. Suman Web Design retains the right to display design concepts in this portfolio for capabilities showcase.
Limitation of Liability
Suman Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including server data loss or hosting downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use custom web products.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suman Web Design from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failures or delays in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, network outages, strikes, or governmental decrees.
Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any legal action or dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Asansol, West Bengal, India.
