Cancellation & Refund Policy

Milestone Deposits

Each design and web engineering project is divided into distinct project phases or milestones. Payments made as initial deposits or completed milestone payouts are non-refundable. Resources are allocated and research/coding work is executed immediately upon invoice settlement.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for settling invoices for all hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of notification. Completed source code files and Figma design folders will be delivered to the client for completed milestones only.

Maintenance Subscriptions

Ongoing maintenance plans operate on monthly subscriptions. Clients can terminate maintenance contracts at any time. Terminations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for remaining days in the active billing month.

Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to payments, deposits, cancellations, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Asansol, West Bengal, India.
